Positive: Fantastic location with an amazing view on the lake from the room and from the infinity pool. This is a magnifient family house converted in a 4 bedrooms boutique hotel. The owners and the staff were very friendly.
Negative: The TV set was not working and the shades in the bathroom and the living room need maintenance. It's an easy fix. Mosquitos are very present at dawn as everywhere close to the water...

Positive: Perfect for peaceful stay. Location is bit remote with narrow roads, yet complete entertainment. Captured Backwater’s beauty and wilderness in the monsoon season.. in the evening water level was increased and roads were under water, even the resort entrance gate.. we enjoyed walking through the water..
Negative: The vegetation was overgrown to the road towards the resort.. the outside area was bit slippery and urgent maintenance required
Summary: Excellent stay with calm yet wilderness of nature.

Positive: We loved the location, the fantastic pool and every room facing the incredible lagoon. The place is exceptional!
Negative: The staff. Inefficient communication leading up to the stay including information from us not being processed by the company, no representative present on our arrival (despite having communicating arrival time multiple times to multiple staff) and issues eg wifi access not resolved, watch not found after departure and inability to communicate with staff onsite (who could speak only hindi). The cook, the pool and view were excellent though!
Summary: Great place, less great staff unfortunately.
